Anyone with a Klavenn account (pupil, parent, teacher, school staff) can delete it at any time, from the app or the website.
01In the app or on the website
- Pupils, parents and teachers: open your profile, then choose "Delete my account".
- School staff: open "My account" from the menu, then choose "Delete my account".
- Confirm with your password. You are signed out and the account can no longer be used.
02What is erased
Your access to the account, your e-mail address, phone number, address, profile photo, password, login code, badge code, two-factor settings and the devices registered for notifications. A parent’s contact details and a member of staff’s payout account and biography are erased too. The people you blocked are forgotten.
03What your school keeps
Klavenn holds school records on behalf of your school, which is responsible for them: a pupil’s file, report cards and attendance, and a staff member’s employment and pay history. These stay with the school for as long as the law requires it to keep them, and are deleted when the school deletes them or closes its Klavenn account.
04School founders
The person who created a school on Klavenn deletes their account by closing the school: Settings, then "Permanent deletion". Everything the school holds is deleted with it.
05Cannot sign in?
Write to privacy@klavenn.com from the e-mail address of the account, with the name of your school. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.
