The school year, the classes, the staff and the first pupils: starting from nothing.
02 · Publish grades, reach the parents.
The report goes out and parents read it on their phone, in their language: the diaspora included.
03 · Take a tuition payment.
MonCash, card, cash: each family’s balance, and the reminders that go out on their own.
04 · Take attendance with no network.
The whole register offline, and what happens the moment the connection comes back.
05 · Close a term.
Report cards, record books and ID badges generated as PDFs in the school’s own colours.

What struck me was not everything schools were doing well in spite of tools that could not keep up. It was everything they could do with the right ones. With Klavenn we want to connect parents, pupils and the school: to stand behind every pupil properly, and to raise the generations of leaders this country needs.
